9th International Conference on Fracture and Damage Mechanics is held 20-22 September, 2010 at LOISIR HOTEL NAGASAKI, Nagasaki, Japan.

The conference site locates in the Nagasaki city central. It takes 25 minutes by walk, 15 minutes by street car and within 10 minutes by taxi from Nagasaki JR (Japan Railway) station. You may also walk to various site seeing places near the conference site such as Glover's garden, Mt. Inasa, China town, Spectacle bridge and so on.

Loisir Hotel Nagasaki

is very convenient for moderate conference but is not so suitable for normal accommodation. There are 30-40 guest rooms for twin/double use and only few standard single rooms. Rather, they have big guest rooms with Japanese-style "tatami" floor for group of 6-12 people.
